Print on Demand Playbook Course Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Shay Lynn of Shaylynn Studios, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and YOU the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

1. Scope of Services: Provider agrees to provide access to the online course titled "The Print on Demand Playbook" (the "Course") to the Client. The Course includes digital content, materials, and any other resources related to print-on-demand business strategies.

2. Payment: In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon course fee as specified during the registration process. Payment shall be made in the manner specified by the Provider.

3. Access and Use: The Client shall have non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the Course for personal use only. The Client agrees not to share login credentials or distribute course materials to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Course content and materials are owned by the Provider. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Course content or similar to the course content without the express written consent of the Provider.

4. Results May Vary: The purchase of this course is not a guarantee of POD and Etsy Seller Success or selling five or six figures. Results will vary from individual to individual. By agreeing to this service agreement, the Client understands that this course does not guarantee their business to produce 5 or 6 figure revenues. In addition, it up to the client to comply with Etsy polices when starting a business.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: The Print on Demand Playbook, Digital Products Playbook, Q4 Holiday Hustle, Niche Navigator, and all accompanying materials are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred. Except for the Print on Demand Playbook’s limited 7-day refund policy, all digital-product purchases are final and nonrefundable. To qualify for a Print on Demand Playbook refund, the client must complete the course, open a shop, create at least one listing, implement the strategies taught, and provide proof of completion within seven days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind, lack of time, failure to implement, or financial circumstances. The Vault is a nonrefundable monthly subscription that may be canceled at any time through the client’s account or by emailing ShaylynnStudios@gmail.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no full or prorated refunds will be provided for charges already processed. Clients agree to contact us directly regarding refunds or cancellations before initiating a chargeback. Any chargeback that conflicts with these terms will be formally contested using available purchase, access, activity, communication, billing, and policy-acceptance records. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate termination of access to all courses, subscriptions, materials, communities, and program benefits, as well as permanent removal from current and future programs. By completing a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability: Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Course.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California State Law.

10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Service Agreement as of the Effective Date on Purchase date.
